CityPlace is a model project in which two under-served groups of people will be provided with "Housing-With-Supports" in Wilmington, NC.  Those groups are young adults with disabilities and moderate-income seniors and near-seniors.  While very different, they share two basic requirements for successful lives within the community: affordable housing, and on-site supportive resources and referrals.  Not only will CityPlace solve the practical problem of housing a number of often-ignored residents, it will model a socially responsible approach to maintaining seniors and people with disabilities within the larger community where they can live fulfilling lives.

WHO WE AREComprehensive Care is a non-profit organization whose goals are

    -  to assist seniors to remain in their own homes

    -  to assist young adults with disabilities to live                        independently in the community
